The Premium Line is monovarietal, that is the oil is produced with a single variety of olives from our cultivars: Ogliarola, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Nocellara, Peranzana.
In the past, people used to mix all the harvested varieties, thus ignoring the varietal composition and the nuances characterizing each cultivar.
